We recently finished work for Morris Properties at Telford’s new Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) at Hollinswood House. The project was particularly time-sensitive, with the deadline brought forward, and we responded by allocating additional staff to make sure the building was finished to a high standard and ready on schedule.

Our team undertook a full builders’ clean across the site, tackling every detail to bring the property up to presentation level. This included removing paint flecks left from decorating, scrubbing floors to restore their finish, and carrying out a full window clean inside. We also focused on those smaller but important finishing touches that ensure the building looked professional, welcoming, and ready for use.

By working flexibly and in close coordination with Morris Properties, we were able to adapt quickly to the revised schedule while minimising disruption to other trades completing their final tasks. The result was a clean, bright, and presentable facility, delivered on time and ready to serve the health needs of the local community.

This project demonstrates our ability to respond quickly to changing deadlines, provide additional resources when required, and maintain the level of detail and quality expected in high profile developments.
