SW1 Annual Deep Clean

Our team recently carried out the annual deep clean at the SW1 building in Southwater, Telford. This important project is designed to keep the building looking its best, ensuring it is always ready to host special events and visits.

Working from a MEWP, we pressure washed the external areas and gave all windows a thorough clean, restoring a bright and professional appearance to the building’s exterior. As always, safety was a top priority our team worked carefully around the public and in coordination with on-site staff to minimise disruption.

We also planned and delivered the works with business continuity in mind, ensuring that day-to-day activities in and around SW1 could carry on as normal while the clean was taking place.

The result is a refreshed and welcoming building, ready to impress both visitors and the local community, and to continue serving as a key location in Southwater.
