This project involved carrying out a full builders and sparkle clean for a prestigious, high-end residential development, with properties starting at £750,000. Delivered for a private bespoke client, the development required an exceptionally high standard of finish to match the quality of the build and the expectations of future homeowners.

Our Scope of Works

The cleaning package covered a wide range of areas, both internal and external, including:

• Full builders clean following extensive construction works
• Sparkle clean to bring every area to a handover-ready finish
• Steam cleaning of floors to remove deep-seated dirt and construction residue
• Removal of excessive paint flecks, plaster, and spillages caused by poor workmanship from previous trades
• Cleaning of all external windows
• Pressure washing of external brickwork to restore uniform appearance

Additional days and extra staff were allocated as required to keep the project aligned with the client’s revised deadlines.

Methods & Approach

Quality and attention to detail were crucial for a property of this standard. Our approach included:

• Deploying experienced staff capable of achieving a high-spec finish
• Systematically working through each property to ensure all construction debris, paint, plaster and dust were removed
• Using steam cleaning to safely and effectively lift stubborn marks without damaging flooring
• Providing additional labour and extended working days to maintain programme milestones
• Pressure washing external brickwork to achieve an even, fully refreshed finish
• Following a strict inspection process before final sign-off

Through close communication with the client and flexible resource management, we ensured all homes were delivered to a premium standard.

Project Outcome

Each property was completed to a high-quality, show-home-ready finish, meeting the expectations of a luxury development. Stubborn paint and plaster were removed, floors and surfaces were restored, and external windows and brickwork were brought back to an immaculate condition.

Despite challenges caused by excessive mess left by other contractors, our team ensured the development was completed on time and presented to the highest standard—ready for marketing, viewings, and eventual handover to the new homeowners.
